How about testing a good sample of goal line decisions by the goal line tech (100% accurate) with the offside technology judging whether it crosses the line? a ball crossing the line is just the same as a toe nail crossing the line.

Scientifically measure the decision quality of both systems.

I think the goal line system works because it relies on the goal line not moving.
