"I do not want a good General, I want a lucky one" - Napoleon

To paraphrase the little frog, I would always prefer lucky strikers.

Boggy seems to have it for me.

Start him.

I think it's even simpler than that: He knows where the net is.

I'd like to see him and Ched tomorrow, depending on his fitness following illness of course. But will Adams persevere with Bent? I think he probably will and it may well be Bent and Boggy with Ched on the bench

Boggy is probably the only player we have who is capable of doing something a bit different. I'd start with him tomorrow and bring Bent on later if need be.

Was there something missing there Boo or are you just keeping us in the dark?
Maybe even Mocking us?

Missing -from bent you mean? How could i mock you when you had not even posted and in what way are you meaning?

Spot on Kingston.

I have always liked Bogdanovic. Rated him at Barnsley and was pleased when we signed him. Think he has been overlooked too often, but he is a decent Championshi striker. He is a little lightweight (probabl why Adams is reluctant to pick him) but has a good touch, links up well and is dangerous. On top of him making things happen, he knows where the goal is. Damn sight more dangerous than Bent and Cresswell.

Must start tomorrow. I fancy him to score too :)

When Bent went off on saturday some bloke near me shouted (my best way of spelling in a yorkshire accent to follow)

"Fook off Bent, tha wa crap 12 year agu and tha's still fookin crap, fook off!"

Personally i think he does Hendersons job without the elbows. Once he's match sharp I think he'll do well. If he's available on a free in the summer i'd snap him up.

I think he looked dodgy taking that penalty against Villa, and I was worried when he stepped up to take the pen on Saturday. I'd let Ched take the pens if he is on the field.

I haven't seen much of the Bogmeister this season, but my initial impression was that he looks lightweight, predictable and lacks pace. Maybe he's improved. I bloody hope so.

i agree with mattbianco1, he like Hendo but without giving fouls away all the time! I would like to see bent signed in the summer and Hendo on his way out!!

Boggy needs to start on tuesday and given a proper run in the team!! Bench Ched and let Boggy start and bring Ched on towards the end when Boggy is tried!!

I know exactly what you mean. Against Villa he looked like he'd lost a foot in height and had swapped shirts with Jamie Ward ;)

Doh. Yeah you're right. There was one game where he took a pen and it looked like he just closed his eyes and hit it. Palace?

:o He does awfully well to consistently find the bottom corner from 12 yards for someone who closes his eyes and hits it. :)

>Told you all, he's the poor man's Berbatov
so he should be quite an asset at this level..
he makes things happen.. he's got loads of skill.. he can't tackle and doesn't track back.. he'll be out on loan by the end of feb

He has to start the next game simply as that.

100%. I like to see him as an impact player but the lad is on form, by the looks of it and playing for his career. I'd also be very interested to see him link up with Yeates.
