Did anyone listen to the game on the 'new improved' Bladesplayer? So, is it? Improved that is. No more cutting out every few minutes?

kept losing the signal for me, thank god it was on TV, can only hope it gets better.

I don't usually like to comment, given that some think I have a slight conflict of interests...

But, surely when people are paying money for a service, they deserve better?

I never use the service, as I'm lucky enough to be at the matches, but all I hear every week is that people have had problems, drop outs, late starts, the wrong match... Christ it's not like its new technology or a difficult thing to get right!

PremiumTV ought to be giving refunds for people who end up missing coverage through no fault of their own (that part is important, I know full well that if a customer/IT user can cause problems themselves, albeit unwittingly, then they will ).

Only on the odd away game for some reason.
