The app I used said we had gone 2 1 up and then corrected back to 1 1. What happened there?

Egan (I think) had a goal disallowed for offside. There was a bit of confusion about it because it looked on first viewing like a Boro player had headed it in so United were very unhappy with the decision.

Egans disallowed goal looked onside to me , linesman couldn’t wait to get his flag up , add the penalty to that , we were well up against it yesterday.

Looked onside to me as well. When it was disallowed, I out it down to the angle I was viewing it from, in the ground. Walking out, after the game, most people were saying it was onside. The penalty was nailed-on as well.

I echo those thoughts, the ref and his officials were giving us nothing yesterday from very early on.

By the way, off-topic, but does anyone know what happened on the A19 (homeward bound, after the game) last night?

The whole road ground to a halt for ages, close to where it joins the A1. Couldn't see any problem, but no cars moving. Then as we crawled forward, we could see that there were cop cars all over the other side of the road, lights flashing, but all the cops were just stood around chatting?

Further down, we could see that the traffic on the other side of the carriage way was being ushered off, up a slip road, road closed, and the tail back on their side was huge, went on for miles, and people were stood outside the cars, chatting, so they must have been stationary for quite a while, just wondered if anyone knew the cause of it all?

People trying to stop and speak to Andre Marriner after that awful display.

The penalty incident is almost a carbon copy of the one we conceded at home v Forest last season, amazed it wasn't given.
