Yeah what about brazil, hungary, australia and china? they seem like prime candidates to me

Funny enough I heard a story this morning that an ex Leeds player, is working a Sheffield United, not at the football club, but the PLC, his job is to scourer the UK especially Scotland, to find new young players, bring them in for next to nothing, and then purely to sell them on for a profit. Whether that includes Europe I don't know.

AKA running United as a business - take an input, apply a process and sell the output for a profit.

Nowt wrong with that.

I think the term European Academies may be slighlty misleading.

I'm sure its something to do with him joining the TATA Academy in India, through us, as their head of development, assisted by Lee Walshaw

I think I would rather see some action on the immediate job in hand i.e. stopping us getting relegated

Africa must have some uncovered talent playing on the dust fields

Japan would be a cracking place for a united academy. Just in Yokohama there have been summer camps for Man U, Chelsea, Real Madrid (they have a permanent academy here) and Sao paolo. The Japanese love English football and they love to know about crazy unknown football clubs... Like the blades.

I've told them a lot about the Blades, Sheffield, rules of football, worlds oldest club, worlds oldest ground, 1st premier league goal, sat floodlit game, all the play off defeats, last trophy and the GCB... Plus the pigs and that twat and fuckwit Marlon King

If the Blades had a single Japanese player (maybe Honda) the Japanese would go crazy for the blades and an academy would go down a storm here.

This works under the assumption that we can't do both. It shouldn't be a case that everything else should stop until we're safe.

Not if they vote for Independence;)

I agree but two points one I am not sure we can do two things at once and two surely our "to do list" has at the top "don't get relegated"

Not this old shit again, still waiting for the players coming from Belgium, Hungary China, Australia and Brazil.
