Whilst a thread is asking for the `what makes a player a cult hero`at the lane, lets tweak the question and replace the`L`with a`N`. Which players have graced the bdtbl pitch that deserved to get blown up with the tinsley cooling towers:eek::eek::eek::eek:

Vidal Sassoon for me.

Oooh, there's so many.

One that springs to mind, the one player I despise more more than any other player that's ever worn the Red and White Stripes @ bdtbl.

Gary "JUDAS" Ablett

but looking back,it would have been good to see kenny wedged between the towers before they pushed the button.

What a strange on to choose. Think it was more the clubs involved with that one. Much worse options to choose.

A 'cutt' hero? Errr...

I truly despised Keith Curle. Dirty fouling cheating nasty fecker.

In a Blades shirt... J'accuse!

Paul Richardson, for his double 2 fingered salute to our Kop when he was subbed after a totally inept performance.

What else could go in the Blades Room 101? I'd stick that old away kit with the one fat stripe on it in, the one from 79-81 that saw us relegated to Division 4.

Axel Smeets - dreadful

I remember on his debut he somehow found himself one-on-one with the opposition keeper. He would have looked more at ease if he'd just been landed on the moon wearing nowt but flipflops.

Axel Smeets: Not a footballer.

Was that Pompey away? I was there if so. Seeing people moan about the football under Blackwell....he was a genius compared to the twozzle Heath served up!
