Yeah, but even then once or twice a game the kop will generate a raw noise any other team in league one could only dream of.

I love Bramall Lane and I can't wait to see it full again regularly.

But what happens when we are established in the Premier League? we extend the kop, take the stantions out, extend the south stand.... Then what? To get the tourists in as well as the regulars we'd need a bigger ground.

I know, I know, it's a long way off (and may never happen in my lifetime) but short of knocking it all down and shifting it all south and east a little on the current site, we'd have to move.

Plenty of room there for a start.

John street was built with very little forethought for me. We could have been looking for a stand similar to the size of the south stand.
Either way, I don't see us ever needing anything more than 45,000. Doing the Kop and filling the final corners in would be more than enough for quite some time.

Buy all the properties on the other side of Bramall lane, extend backwards, huge third tier. Bramall lane to actually remain as a tunnel through the stand, same on John Street. Viola, 55,000 seater funded by champions league football.

Whats wrong with the Chinese tower fatty? admittedly it looks crap at the moment but hopefully when its finished it will look modern and reflect greatly on our city, definitely an improvement on the dump before.when fans are approaching our extended stadium in a few years from Spain,Germany and Italy to play champions league football I think it will reflect on us quite well )
