Been a couple of times. Went in exec seating one year and tripped over Derek Dooleys wooden leg getting to my seat.

Think we scored a penalty and got told to sit down when celebrating.

Tour of ground included:

Being told a dead gypsy horse being buried under goal area at away end

Access to away treatment room was through a locked door. The key could necer be found

Refs changing rokm had a tiny bar in the corner

Only been there once. 0 0. T C had the chance to win it. Utter fucking carnage. Kicked off before during and after.
we ended up playing football on the A38 when we stopped at the Tyburn House on the way home!

2008/09 season,1st match of the season,we lost 1-0 to a 94th minute Kevin Phillips goal.
Had that not gone in,we would have got automatic promotion on goal difference with the remarkably low total of 81 points

Went last season we played crap and lost, was same story against Preston aswell. Hopefully it will he roles reversed this time around

I did both of those games. Preston was as big a non-event as that Hull away game. We needed to beat Brum to keep up any very slim chance of play-offs and duly fucked up despite going 1 up.

Unlikely, results would have likely been different for both teams after this result, Like they (b’ham) would have approached games differently at the end of the season if the table was different.

Just like I don’t think the blades would have gone on this amazing run if they had beat villa 3-0, or hung on, we may well have drawn to boro or Brentford and let late goals in during a different games

First time i went to Brum was 1995/96 season, Feb / March time. Went in one of their boozers near ground as a 15 year old and shit ourselves when we saw the bullet holes in the windows and embedded in the door! A bottle of bud each and i dont think we spoke until we got out, was some right big lads in! Sat on bottom tier of the old railway end and all i really remember is blades fans chanting for Kendall to bring Walker off the bench, which when he did he duly got the winner! Remember it being a bit tasty after to! Been loads of times since and its still a horrible place to go, nasty set of fans them lot

I fancy going to this one but don't have the loyalty points so i've been waiting for the remaining tickets to go on general sale. The message about there being "about 100 tickets left" is still on the website - i expected them all to have gone but tried to call anyway in my lunch break today. F**kin hell i was 11th in the queue and took 10 minutes to move up one place, i haven't bought a ticket over the phone for years but it was pretty clear i'd have no chance of speaking to anyone in the ticket office today quicker than my phone reached the end of its functioning lifespan. Is it always like that??? Or just every day that tickets for a tasty away game go on General Sale??

I called Thursday to get mine, like you the first time in years that I’d called. I was 11th/12th in the queue and seemed to move up 2 places every 3 mins so was done reasonably quickly.

Still not showing online so assume we’ve not got further allocation.

Think Newcastle got 4K previously so that’s likely to be the limit.

Same here. I was 14th in the queue and was done in about 20-25 minutes.

I always call to get mine sorted. Never had a problem, even when I've been way down the queue. There have been a couple of occasional quirks - I was once 10th in the queue then suddenly I was through to speak - but by and large it's fine. I might be a "millennial", but I like the certainty of speaking to someone to know it's gone through. You can find out more info from them as well, like how many tickets are left.
