Yeeeeer, we should have got a 4th, 5th or even 6th. We should have had a pen, a goal was strangely chalked off and their keeper was MOTM...
But we poured forward like we wanted to humiliate them even further. We showed some balls today, and that was one of the best demolition jobs you'll ever see in a local derby

Really should have been a much bigger margin too. 5 or 6 would not have been greedy at all, but I'll take a 3-0 win in that dump anytime.

Great to be there and be a part of it. Completely lost my voice but it's gradually coming back with a few Old Peculier's, bit by bit.

Humble pie moment for me too. Ben Mee, you were fantastic today. Not just in the air but positionally and your reading of the game. Top class, pal.

Take a bow, Ben.

They couldn't muster a single shot on target. The only things they excelled at were filthy tackles and throwing objects at our players. Even with a biased ref helping them out at every opportunity they were soundly beaten. Their biggest moment of the entire match was the pregame singing of that silly diddy, Hi Ho, stolen from another club. After that it was an embarrassing slaughter which could have been much worse. Sky did their best to big them up but they backed the wrong horse, and left with nothing but pig muck at the sty

We hadn't beat them by more than 2 since the 7-3 win on 8 Sept 1951.

We've also never previously won by more than 2 away.
i can remember being taken to swillsbro late 50s or early 60s and we beat them 4 - 1 in a county cup final cec coldwell was our captain silent will correct me if im wrong

Isn’t that now quite a few recent Sheffield derbies where they’ve not managed a shot on target?
