In the first half we played well, the midfield dominated and we should have gone in at half time, at the very least, 2-0 up. But due to our excellent displays in most of the second halves this season I felt confident, to an extent, that we would come away with a victory ... How wrong was I...

If I'm honest, in general, I don't feel as if we defended badly, but on two occasions we were abysmal. Unfortunately, those two occasions were the ones that mattered ...

Our second half play was not good enough; we didn't move the ball quick enough, we couldn't put in a half decent cross and Billy's hold up play was uncharacteristicly poor which meant it never seem to stick upfront, must say I don't think Billy played bad but just normally he's a lot better in holding up the ball. Therefore we weren't good enough to win the game. Fact!

Oh, and finally The ref was shite, as usual. That didn't cost us the game but it's bloody annoying!

Sorry, needed to get that bullshit off my chest...

Anyway, bring on Tuesday, let's get back to winning ways!

I also thought we played well, some beautiful football with good entertainment.
On a totally different plant to the last 2 years under Clough and Adkins.

We seem to be struggling breaking down teams that park the bus.
Our defence also looks vulnerable when teams break on us playing direct.

Every match we dominate possession, corners and shots stats.

Wilder obviously believes a good option in these situations is big Hanson at Bradford.
Limited ability wise but he would shake things up and make us much more dangerous at corners.

Not convinced that Hanson is the answer tbh...

Cant be arsed to look up the answer but how many league goals have Done, Lavery and Clarke scored between them this season. Cant be more than 6 in a side that is dominating nearly every match. Hanson might not be the the striker we all wanted but he would score more than the rest of them combined.

Harsh on Lavery, only just got into the first team. Wasn't a brilliant game from him today but did brilliantly to set up the first goal, he's only going to get better.

I agree mate he is a promising player but missed a very good chance again today. Hanson is the best header of a ball in league 1 and with the amount of crossing opportunities we have and corners we get he will score goals. Don't get why people are so against signing him
