This is where we start to piss the league so it is, an easy 0-3 for the Blades. I don’t see Preston having anywhere near the fire or passion we will.

It's all about goals.

Their 3 best strikers scored 50 goals last season. They also had 17 different goal scorers. Add to this they have signed Mason-Clark who scored 16 goals from midfield and Rudoni who will also be a big threat.

The defence could do with improvement but Dovin in goal is a vast improvement.

As things stand I agree.

But we outplayed Wolves at their place in the QF and we all know what happened in the SF against Manchester United. Several of our players got noticed. Wouldn't be surprised if Sheaf went to Manchester United as he was the best midfielder on the pitch and they need someone like him. We would most probably sell him for about 20m. Arsenal have a 20% sell on clause so can't see us selling him for less.

We have a few clubs sniffing around a few players. The problem is the season starts this week and it wouldn't leave us much time to replace anyone unless we have players lined up to replace them.

Keep this squad and we should be looking at 6th minimum. Leeds, Burnley and maybe Luton will also be looking strong. WBA will be lucky to get anywhere near the top 6. We signed their top scorer from last season for a pittance. A couple of clubs like Norwich should be close to the top 6. But most sides are a few injuries away from disaster.

When the transfer window closes we will all have a much better idea. A lot can happen between now and then.
