Why do we let teams waste time like Stoke did?

yeah its annoying, give teams like the excuse " well the ball boy had the ball" Get a few with you and soon as it comes give them the new one! or get a pin up there arse and get it done quicker!

Surely stoppage time, when the ball is out of play, is taken into account by the officials? Even so, it's still frustrating waiting for a spotty oik to jog after the ball. Can't we afford a few more ball boys and balls?

I was more pissed off with the first twenty minutes than the ballboys being a bit slow.

Didn't Stoke use a multiball system where the ball boys had numerous balls to give out without fetching one. What harm would be done if we changed to this system?
