The crowd may only get restive in the second half (which is wrong the guy in front of my was abusive to the team from the off) but they never really got behind the team in the first half it was far too quiet. I dont beleive all supporters are the same either. Cardiff fans for one always seem to get behind their team as we used to do before all these glory supporting fans who joined us in the premieship season appeared. For god sake we used to cheer corners back in the good old days.
Talking about the same old crock of shit, well I think that people just coming on these boards to moan is the same old crock of shit, show some support for your team and learn some patience. You cant have everything right now and nobodys got a god given right to win every game in amazing style.

I'm sorry the crowd were too quiet for you on Saturday perhaps you should have a word with the players to make it a bit more exciting. Or perhaps we should supply megaphones to selected individuals or pump excitable crowd sound through the PA.
As for Cardiff, oh how patient and supportive they were that day we stuffed 6 past them at Ninian, roasting their own players before cavorting joyfully in the car park brandishing bottles and bricks. They weren't any better for our 2-0 the season after either.

I fully agree with your last paragraph though. How dare we expect any sort of style in our play and, as I've only been going this past 46 years, I realise my impatience must be wearing pretty thin.
Never mind I'll be there again next home game and back to the away's one Lord Longball has been shown the door.
