At half time yesterday I was relatively happy with United's performance, while they weren't amazing they looked much better going forward! Ward and Camara had a huge impact and I think Ched played much better in that system than he plays supporting Henderson. He still wasn't great, but he had a few good shots and found a few good positions.

I dont know what Blackwell said at half time, but the second half was back to usual! No composure, no quality on the ball and very little threat of us scoring (except for Harpers appalling fluff).

I'd like to see how Blackwell deals with the striker situation next game. I though Camara and Evans did ok and we won. All this without Henderson, who is our top scorer, but we haven't been getting the results. So does he stick with yesterdays winning pairing or go back to that which has seen us draw and lose.

Personally I'd like to see the same team start, and then if things aren't going to plan bring Hendo on for 30 minutes to change things up abit.

I was very relieved and pleased that we won.

In the first half we also continued the recent trend in home matches of playing more to feet, and using the midfield. Ward caused them a lot of problems down the right side. But we had no outlet on the other flank, and I was disappointed not to see Treacey start there. So we became a bit predictable in that you knew every attack was going to start with a ball to Ward.

Also the defence still does not inspire confidence. There were clear warnings in that first half (one quite early on), as a Peterborough did carve us open a couple of times with what appeared to be alarming ease.

The second half was not really very enjoyable at all and we did ride our luck for all it was worth. I feel Peterborough were unlucky not to get a point. Thankfully, Bunn played well and secured our win with the penalty save.

A far from convincing performance and it was a home match against the division's bottom side. But for all the shortcomings we did manage to hold out for all three points. On the more encouraging side I thought Evans didn't have a bad game, and Williamson, Bunn, Ward and Camara played well. Morgan also looked more like his old self.

played well in first half.. got rollocking from bootwell for not hoofing it enough.. went back to hoofball second half.. scraped one nil against the bottom team..
