Was the AGM for the parent company (which is owned by McCabe and for which there are a few shareholders but not many) or for the subsidiary (which is 50% owned by the Prince and 50% by McCabe)? In which case, was there a requirement for the Prince/JP to be there as they are not directors of that company?

Sheffield United Ltd, the old Plc which has thousands of shareholders but McCabe is in control of the 85% majority shareholding so what he wants get passed through.

Blades Leisure Ltds ( which owns the football club) figures were also discussed
