On this day in 1990 we lost 2-0 away to Man U and in 1991 beat Wednesday 2-0 at home.

For one I can't believe its 23yrs since we beat Wednesday in that match, a game they expected to beat is easily in and for two I can't believe I went away to Old Trafford unsupervised with my mates as a 13 year old, crazy in a day and age where police are out if a kid leaves home without their mobile phone.

41 years ago when we beat Derby 3-0 at BDTBL (kick off was 2pm because of 3 day working week). Flynn heads in a Woody corner in the 1st half. In the 2nd half Badger collects the ball passes to Woody on the right, Woody plays a 1-2 with TC before driving a powerful shot past Colin Boulton. Eddie Colquhoun heads in a Woody corner for the 3rd goal. The 1st and 2nd goal is between 3.03 and 3.20

That ManUre game was interesting. Not on the pitch as we were beaten comfortably, but the Blades going Vera Lynn singing "We'll meet again" as it seemed like we were going to be relegated for sure. Raised a round of applause from the home fans.

Then at the end, stood behind the goal there were hundreds of coins being thrown down from the home fans in the seats above and vice versa. Bit worrying!
