Because we can't change our votes on the OUT thread I thought I'd start one with unlimited time frame and able to change the vote

No worries pal I think this poll will have a record OUTS and rightly soThank you Chef, I was wanting to change my earlier vote.
I thought initially Wilder would be the right person to get us through this mess, but he hasn't shown me that he has learnt from his past mistakes.
In my mind we need a fresh start from top to bottom and that change starts with Wilder.

I voted in but then I'll vote out later. I'm playing both sides.
How people's opinions change obviouslySo what exactly does this achieve?
That reminds me Kozzy,Woooaaahhhh the hokey-cokey...
A younger boss, fresh ideas and a fresh voice who 'gets' up to date football methods and tactics and who doesn't have to 'get' the club would help.I’m looking forward to this fresh start, funded by absolutely no money or budget. No doubt absentee owners currently in multiple disputes with the spectre of a points deduction (unlikely though it is) will see top candidates falling over themselves. Opportunity of the century.![]()

One who doesn't rely on his repeated and now boring Sheffield back stories which no longer cover for his repeated failures but intended make the listeners feel all nostalgic and warm. That's failed too.
Yeah, it'll be a challenge, but something dramatic needs to change to kick start the future without Chris.
He was once a Premier league manager. He's nowhere near it now and has enough high moments to leave with some level of grace.
Hopefully that is facilitated before he loses what little current credibility he still has or the fans turn on each other.
He knows how this plays out with our fan base. It doesn’t have to end that badly.

Fair, although the large quantity of apparent dross we have now is mostly on Wilder. He picked them and coaches them. Plenty of other coaches would get more of a tune out of them.Well he had the opportunity to bring in 14 players over the summer. Any replacement here will have the opportunity to bring in zero I imagine.

ToucheThat reminds me Kozzy,
The bloke that wrote the Hokey Cokey died recently.
They had a reight job getting him in the coffin.
Don't get rid now but make it clear to him that his services will no longer be required beyond the end of this season.
Then we've got a good eight months to search for his replacement.
Start looking NOW, like literally TODAY.
This is what a sensible football club would do but we're a bunch of retards so we won't.

Like a consummate professionalHow would you expect an employee to respond after telling him no matter what he does ,he's getting fired.
Apart from that its a great plan.
