Just watched the Bob Booker interview on Sheffield Live from last week. Literally sat here with tears in my eyes!
That interview , particularly the second half would be a great tool to use when Tufty interviews his new recruits. That in a nutshell is what we are all about.
A player who came to us with no famous name, became an absolute legend and 25 years later is going to be sitting on our kop amongst us, as one of us and even goes on tv singing GCB song.
Having also read the book it shines light on what is needed at our club behind the scenes in a world of ludicrous money
This is what we want from our players, simply 100% commitment and become one of us, in doing so you can't go far wrong at BDTBL
