Seems to tally up since Brighton have not secured another striker and will not let COG out on loan until they do.

The guy has the attributes and the skill - it's local so he won't have to relocate

A goal every 3.75 games over 10yrs. That's 12 goals a season. BUT he's played at a higher level than for much of his career.

To put this in perspective. Ched Evans's career ratio is a goal every 2.7 games. Before that season it was - 5.2.

Just shows how shit this league is and also, how easy average players can look like world beaters.

Take Kieron Agard for example. There's a reason Rotherham didn't keep their leading scorer in the Championship

Unfortunately ..... this master plan has two major flaws which will prove to be its undoing ......

1) It will require our Board to allow NC to spend some money
2) We are in competition for him on loan, with one of the biggest Clubs in the World; a stadium which is the envy of Azerbaijan, a fan base which is the envy of Real Madrid & Man Utd, and resources which should see extensive European honours very shortly; a truly MASSIVE Club.

Personally; I'm a little more concerned with the former.
