Joking aside, their recruitment has been excellent in the last few years and they’re partnered with Transfer Room, which gives access to players, data, agents, clubs to find players and is a bit of an online market place.

Not sure how much of the recruitment comes this way, but they’re done well over the last few years with signings and loans

To be fair to them I didn't realise how diverse their squad was until I just looked online, they have a mix of nationalities quite a few Brazilians in there, I have only seen clips never full games from their Championship League bits but it's a great story. My official "home town club" is Apea Akrotiri (I was born at RAF Akrotiri) and only have seen them once when I went back during my time about 25 years later, the club itself is based inside the Western Sovereign Base Area of Akrotiri and they seem to scout the most random of players, I don't know if it is just a thing of playing not really under pressure (smaller crowds) and a nice sunny climate but they are doing something right although with Akrotiri they do have more Cypriots as in the 2nd division rather than 1st.
