Lose. But a great day out at a decent stadium :) also nice to have a match that if/when we lose won't make us drop down the table ;)

i reckon we will win tommorow confidence is low at villa park for them this season and for once i can see united heaping more misery on a favourite in a match as opposed to us being beating by the underdog

In the word of KK.... I'd love it if we beat them, love it!!

Wow, didn't know he was a Blade...

ps; I think that's me having a shit in the background there. I have no idea how that got on there...?

Who's predicting victory? It's hard to see us getting out of our half.

My prediction is Benteke will play in order to get his confidence back. We're obliging like that.

If ever there was a meaningless game then this one is it and as to....

"Lose. But a great day out at a decent stadium"

1) How can watching us lose be enjoyable?
2) We have a great stadium.
3) What constitutes a "great day out"? The beer is shite, they all talk funny, we really aren't very good so please, maybe you're young and easily pleased but I honestly can't see where tomorrow will be enjoyable in any way. shape or form.

o_O I may as well not bother going then.

Spend your dosh on beer and Indian snap mate, seriously, be a lot more enjoyable than what's in store at Villa Park.

How's about this. Revolutionary I know, but...

Perhaps some people just enjoy following the team they support - Sheffield United

It will probably be a more enjoyable day out without the likes of you !
I usually have to listen to morons spouting rubbish at home games so today might be a refreshing change !

Despite the troubles at Villa I don't see us being able to upset them and whilst that is a sad endictment of the last few years of miss-management I will support the team and not abuse and berate them as a fair number of embarrassing twats around me did at the Bescot.

We go with a sense of duty more than expectation. Beer and cuzza and meeting up with mates is the height of any realistic aspiration.

Sing yer hearts out for the lads.

I'm looking forward to this, can't justify the expense of away days anymore, used to go home and away up until about ten years ago so this is a rare outing for me now. Got the away day buzz, not expecting to get a result but stranger things have happened, you never know.

My friend marks going.
He`s the most unluckiest omen to united known to man, home and away.
I keep telling him that, but he`s that thick to realise it.
Villa 4.2 Utd.

If we avoid humiliation (keep the defeat under 4 goals) I will be relieved.

How's about this for an even more revolutionary idea, aspire for more. Stop pretending that it's more about a good day out than a good result. Good results will steer us clear of relegation, good days out won't and no matter the name calling Fiery, some real dyed in the wool Blades are well and truly pissed off with our current plight and aren't afraid to let folks know. Some go for a good day out and getting beat isn't that important to them  but hey, that's what makes life interesting, be boring if we all toed the line.

We're 1 - 0 up at the moment and sounds like we're playing well, no one is happier than me and if it stays this way I'll be over the moon to coin a phrase so please don't take my current disgruntled state as anything other than upset/anger at the way my club has been savaged over the last few years.....and I'm neither happy nor afraid to say so.

I don't know a single blade that's happy with our plight, but the chance to go down to Villa with 5,500 fans, just like when we took 4000 to bury or 2-3000 down to Exeter makes it a good day before it even begins. I don't think anyone is happy when we lose, doesn't mean that it can't be a good day out and a shit result.

Everyone wants to be out of the shit division were in and winning more games than we draw or lose.... But we are where we are right now. The FA cup is a welcomed break from the shit league - I'm sure the players will enjoy it to.
