Wanted to add some more questions in but you can only create 1 poll per thread unfortunately.

Vini Souza red card written all over it. Also think it will be a high scoring game but we will come out on top.

can't see many goals at all personally, we haven't been exactly free scoring so far, (not scored more than 2 in a single game) and although they aren't great at the back they will set up defensively. 0-0 written all over it for me, or a 1-0 win either way.

This derby almost never swings in the way recent form suggests it might go. I seriously hope on the day we’re on it from the off, otherwise I fear the worst.

Pretty sure two of the last three 0-0s were proceeded by them getting a thrashing at the sty. They’ll be up for it.

We've been clear favourites in the last 2 home derbies and drawn both 0-0.

So we're due a home win.
Suspect it will be similar to virtually all our other home matches matches
where we are pragmatic and control the game but there won't be loads of chances.
Expect we'll win 1 or 2-0 where we look solid and efficient looking like we're playing in 2nd gear.

However as mentioned several times....we're well overdue a big win....where most of our chances result in goals
and Brewster is well overdue a goal....think he'll score....he'll be big odds so should be worth a bet.

Both teams still have another match tom play yet.
Wednesday play a match tomorrow, at home to Norwich.

I predict it will be a terrible game low on quality and high on emotion. Both teams tend to cancel the other out by running around like mad men.

If there's a winner it will be from a defensive error. Both teams can press very well at times so I can see a lot of "no nonsense" play from defenders.

I have completely spaced the fact there are midweek fixtures, blame it on age! We’ll see what happens.

1 nil to us, but I think there'll be a nervy last 10 minutes. There will not be multiple goals in this fixture IMHO

All time Lowe gets sent off and Oli Arblaster scores a long range stunner. 1-0 Blades.

Genuinely seen a predicted team from them with Lowe LCB, Johnson LWB, with Smith and Paterson up top, just kick it towards JRS if that brings true and we will be ok

There's only been more than 2 total goals in 1/13 United league games this season

0-0, 1-0 or 0-1

A draw is always a good bet for a derby game. It worries me that we're obviously doing better in the league and it's often the team in that position who gets a shock. They will likely up their game more than us and the team with the more energy and determination often comes out on top.

Ahhhh, the derby......

"The air is thick with tension as fans from the red and the pig side of the city pour into the stadium, a silence filling every corner despite the shouts and taunts.
This isn't just a game of football - Its a battle of pride, identity and years of intense rivalry, hatred even.
Boxing Day and Bouncing Day reviewed beforehand and vows to avenge what's gone before.
The team near the top should easily beat the team near the bottom, but is it as easy as that?
Faces are taut, fists clenched, losing to 'them' is unthinkable, pretty much unbearable.

The sound of Da Hool as the players step on to the lush green surface at BDTBL makes the time arrive for battle near as the tension builds up around the ground...
The players feel it too, nerves tightening with every glance towards the cross town rivals..
Every tackle, shot and save carries the weight across the city behind it.
For 90 odd minutes time suspends as dread sits heavy on the sidelines, lingering and waiting, reminding that victory is survival, as defeat means haunting shame that won't fade soon..
Hopefully, The team in Red and White shows unrestrained joy at the final whistle, with fans leaping, limbs going, players embracing and the chants of the mighty Blades fans echo in triumphant waves, knowing that for the next few days that the bragging rights are theirs. Work will be made a more joyful place to go to on the Monday.

Victory isn't just a win, its a memory seared forever in a shared celebration, Its a declaration, This city is ours now and forever.
This is Sheffield.. Sheffield is Red and White....
We are Blades, SUPER BLADES ..... "

Or summats like that anyhow.. :)
2-1 to us

Anything can happen in a derby, but think we will have too much 3-1

A lot of people always say this but there's very little evidence to support it.

If you look at the results from the past twenty odd years they're pretty much scattered evenly between United wins, Wednesday wins and draws.

Within that you can find examples of any combination of results.
