That’s why I used to like watching Colin Morris

I don’t remember him having a lot of pace but his dribbling skills always meant I had him down in my best 11 squad

Morris was small and had short legs, so from a standing start over 3 yards was like lighting, so he always found space to put in a cross/ pass to Edwards

Agree over longer distances Morris wasn’t fast.

Met him by chance a few years ago - he was working for a FX company and a nicer, more down to earth bloke you could not wish to meet. He spoke very fondly of his time playing for Utd.

On the subject of wingers it was just before my time but Alan Roberts looked really good but apparently he didn't like been subbed every match and didn't like the style of football so Harry sold him to Lincoln and then he broke his leg and never played again. Real shame as he looked decent.

We signed Bradshaw as his replacement who proved to be a decent signing for sure.
