Jebbison really isn't worth so much debate. He either signs or he doesn't. I'm not overly concerned either way. For the record I don't think he wants to sign on again at SUFC and United know that now and have purely kept the contract offer on the table for compensation purposes only for when he signs with another club. He's had plenty of time to make his mind up (and numerous 48/72 hours). The fact he still hasn't signed a contract tells you all you need to know.

Personally I think anything recently about Jebbo including the apparent interest from Everton dates back to his goal in May 2021 against them, he scored once at a young age and he is destined to be the next big thing. Like when Rooney scored vs Arsenal aged 16. It’s gone to Jebbos head a bit, the part the professionalism was lacking was his rightful or wrongly sending off vs Wrexham. He didn’t need to get involved and showed how low his maturity levels are.

In all honesty I don't blame the lad for waiting. If this takeover is real and we actually do have some money to spend he could find himself tied to us for three years but well down the pecking order, and probably out on loan to an L1 club.
