We will know where they live.So nobody thinks a hundred new residents aren’t going to object to any future stadium expansion/development?

For the second time in two days, explain your thinking? This wouldn't stop us extending the existing capacity to realistic levels.Land beside Bramall Lane Stadium goes up for sale with plans for nearly 100 homes
The two plots previously formed part of the wider Bramall Lane Stadium site, with plans having been submitted by Sheffield Unitedwww.thestar.co.uk
Wave goodbye to extending the capacity now.
Expansion plans have already been approved on a couple of occasions so objections would fall on deaf ears.So nobody thinks a hundred new residents aren’t going to object to any future stadium expansion/development?
I think like wise .This owner has a job up keeping what we already have so expanding capacity is not going to happen .We ain’t going to expand the Lane anyway!
I’ll be amazed if any significant building work takes place within the next 20 years.
"Price available upon application" means one price for developers, quite another for Sheffield United FC.

We need to build something before the nimby’s move in…otherwise we’re fucked.Land beside Bramall Lane Stadium goes up for sale with plans for nearly 100 homes

If it was such a great opportunity Scarborough would oversee the development. It’s been listed on rightmove commercial for a while, come across it last week. It won’t sell.
They'd be apartments, not houses. But even so, I agree with your point about the location.Who’d buy a house there anyway? No parking unless they build with off-road parking, noisy with a waft of burgers and vapes and chaotic every couple of weeks

Easing the burden on the Kop bogs! Well, if they weren’t flats…….Plus they'll get no quiet with The Shoreham Roar on match days and Blades fans running around their gardens and entrances going to the game.
Large back garden. Someone else mows it for you. Reinstate cash only turnstiles....tempting.Who’d buy a house there anyway? No parking unless they build with off-road parking, noisy with a waft of burgers and vapes and chaotic every couple of weeks
No, The good news is we'll be back in the Championship again where he thinks he will look good if we win a few games. Is this the good news Wilder referred to earlier in the week?
