I wonder when opposition fans will realise that we let you have the ball when we're winning, because we know you're not going to break us down... and if you do somehow manage to do it, we'll go up to the next gear and start ripping you to shreds again.
I wonder when some of our own fans, me included - to be honest, will realise this too.
Last night, first half in particular, I thought they were moving the ball about with skill and speed, and it was only a matter of time before they ripped through us and scored, but it pretty soon became apparent that once they got into the final third they weren't breaking us down. For all their intricacies we were the ones creating the chances. And second half we seemed to be in complete control.
I'm beginning to think the manager, staff, and players might have some idea what they're doing.

It's very methodical. Not exciting to watch most of the time, but it gets the job done.

"I bet they think that was a hard fought win"

Not really. One clear cut chance in the first half when we were making an open game. We could have had three or four in that period. Then we decided we didn't want to get all riled up before bed time and closed the game down without them having another real sniff. Not exciting to watch but not stressful either.
I'm always stressed at 1 nil up.

“At some point in the first half the commentator said their 2 full backs were bought from Derby for a combined £11 million. Thats just the full backs..”

To be fair though we’ve only paid Derby £50 and half a box of out-of-date Quavers so far. 😆
We agreed to pay the half box of out of date Quavers as the final instalment but have reneged. That’s why the transfer embargo has been imposed.🤣🤣🤣

We let you have the ball we’re we could control the game
We score any of the chances first half it’s a rout ,
Some of these fuckers would fit in up S6 way
And Connolly has found his club , a cunt player , for a cunt team
Oh and Roy that’s a shite song
Bad day you’d better fucking believe it
UTB
Fuck the midweek wankers

Cheers Panchero!

Cheers RoyBoy, and boohoo shity fans.
Was a decent game, but we shouldve won it by 3 or 4, and, it could be an option to play Bogle further forward with Baldock at LWB moving forward if required, just needs to learn where to put the ball when he's shooting, and he could bag every game!! Very promising, especially with Jebbo now finding his feet!

I feel sorry for Darren Bent. The poor sod bring called out for being a shocking referee by Mr Young Dumb and Fullacum. I'm not surprised old Benty didn't get some decisions right if he was sat somewhere else in England watching a film with the missus. Meanwhile Darren Bond who was in Bramall Lane last night did a good job I thought. What a twat Benty was though ( said his missus after he rolled off her after 10 seconds of effort last night).

Look at all the personal effects they are allow in their rooms, he is in a mental institution isn't he?
Glad I'm not in the next room, bloody noisy bugger.
I'd like to foister Hull off into Lincolnshire but wife and two of kids are "Yellowbellies", so best just cut 'em loose to drift into the North Sea, they really are a strange breed and that lad wants to get a hobby, ain't he heard of sex?

Haha Darren Bent!

Almost as bad as the idiot in row C shouting to their manager Leroy, Leroy get back in your box Leroy!!

Hull City think we are a derby match!!??….not even close to the Sheffield Derby. I even dislike hull more that the blue lot in S6.

“Enjoyed the game despite getting beat. Thought first half they used the width well and had very good movement which caused us problems. We could easily have gone in two/ three down although Connelly had a great chance. Second half we more than matched them on open play but didn’t cause them enough problems in the final third.”

This is actually an accurate, if brief, summary of the game. At least this Hull fan was clearly watching the same game as us, unlike their manager.
