I agree to a point mancu, but Rammers did acknowledge how poor his performances were for the first part of the season, but he did turn it around and was eventually recognised by his efforts and awarded the POTY. If he decides to move partly due to the criticism he received from some quarters of our fanbase and moved to a top six club, or even the Arse, who I don't consider being top six, there would be no affiliation for Rammers at all from their fans and would get absolutely crucified if he had a couple of poor performances on the trot. Ramsdale has emerged as a target for the Gunners in recent weeks, although United are said to be digging their heels in a bit. The Blades apparently want around £35m for their number one.

Since those reports of such a big fee, interest seems to have died down somewhat. However, speaking on Sky Sports News today, Sheth confirmed that the Gunners retain an interest in Ramsdale.

“Make no mistake about it, Arsenal are interested in signing a new goalkeeper this summer,” Sheth said
