So Ed Sheeran is sponsoring Ipshit and Jake Bugg's doing Notts County's away kit again. Seems like musical sponsors are becoming a bit of a "thing".

If we were to get a sponsor from the world of music, who would you want? Obviously a lot of us would go for a Sheffield band, but since most are mixed Blades/pigs or just pigs I can't see many of them being in total agreement. Even Joe Elliott is the lone Blade in Def Leppard I believe (rest are pigs or don't follow football).

Wouldn't mind being sponsored by Red Hot Chili Peppers mesen, we all know Flea's a Blade 👍

Flea from RHCP. Not from Sheffield but a hardcore Blade. Heard hes got a '101% Blade' tattoo somewhere 😆

Don't forget Enter Shikari for St. Albans City...

When Fatboy Slim released an album a few years ago - think it was Brighton’s sponsor.

My Dying Bride. Not so much a Sheffield connection but a Yorkshire one. My favourite band and would love to see their logo splashed across our black away shirt!

I hope our other "there's no bigger Blade than me" finds out.
Otherwise he'll have to make an appointment to have a tat done with 102% Blade done. 😳

Def Leppard -
Joe Elliott. Blade, met him at Wembley v Hull fa cup semi few years ago ,same flight back to Dublin as me .
Rick savage pig
Phil Collen west ham
Vivian Campbell dirty Leeds
Rick Allen(drummer) I think is a blade or derby county

Steve Clarke Rip. Was a pig
Pete Willis not sure think he just loved alcohol

I believe some of the members call Sheffield their home, that's why.

So does Bill Drummond out of the KLF/Timelords/Justified Ancients of Mu/burners of a million quid.
I tried to find the origin of that and got as far as H.P. Baxxter worked as a mechanic in Birmingham in his early life.

Dennis Brown to sponsor Chansiri......
Money in my pocket but I just can't get no love.
