The today's match is canceled. Big snow fell, and the orbit unusable!

The season is not good yet. The team's game ripples. Heinz and Schembri are very good. But three new players are needed. McCabe sells the club, did not obtain the bank coverage in order to be able to start the building operations. He spends his money on the better performance of the blades rather. I hope so there will be a new investor, and he manages to attain the championship title.

>He spends his money on the better performance of the blades rather
i'm afraid not:(
can't help thinking that we've bailed out on chengdu and fradi right at the 'wrong' moment:rolleyes:

McCabe wanted it, that Fradi again onto an European arena make a step. Now, that here the opportunity flies out. This step i don't understand, but he knows it. Europa does not take one single team from so little money into a league you are the champions' league onto a board. Our year budget reaches the tenth of Sheffield United budget. It worthy to observe that the team fights for a championship title in the second year of managing to get into the first league. I'm curious as what decides, but conceivable, that McCabe is left over after all onto a time.

It would appear McCabe has done a good job there on the face of it, promoted in the 1st season and challenging for honours in the 2nd

Also foundations laid for a new stadium so hard to see what he's done wrong, even at a time when he's been losing a lot of money

How incredibly hollow and frankly embarrassing it is to have Ferencvaros results posted on here given all that's happened with our finances.
The original poster is well-meaning and genuine but it is now time to draw a line.
That club was never owned by SUFC, only McCabe.
Let's see all that nonsense clearly now for what it was, try to put the disastrous mistakes of the McCabe era behind us and cling to the scrap of hope that we either have a managerial messiah in our midst or someone with more money than sense is out there to get us out of the deep, deep hole McCabe's left us in.

Ownership aside we still have a link. Personally I am extremely grateful to KyoPityus for the effort he puts in for those of us who are interested.

Simple solution Lenners, if you don't want to read about Fradi then don't read the threads associated.

Crikey! we're in a hole are we!

Chill out dude.

I hope the link with Fradi continues. Lowton said he found the experience of play out there invaluable. Let's hope some more of our academy kids get sent out to get some more experience.

I don't want to read any more threads about bullshit sister club partnerships, how great they are for our global profile, how unique it makes us etc, etc.
They should be in a separate section for anyone who thinks they matter and does not want to grapple with how much cash, time and energy has gone on a complete and utter waste of time for SUFC, though not for McCabe.

Tell me who forces you to read them. Like I said, if you don't want to read them then don't bother! And stop being such a drama queen! :)

lenners

SUFC never gave an orphan penny to Ferencváros. We never asked nothing. Do not think that we caused the trouble, because SUFC acts badly. From McCabe own property and sponsor from money, and finances his Hungary businesses from a bank loan. Realised that Angol team requires more material sources now unfortunately, sells some teams of his for this. I say it I was not worth all. McCabe promised it the first makes us manage to get up into a class. The team will be for a championship title in a competition under 3-4 years in the first class. This ensued in the second year already. If the team flies out now falls back between the 7-10 places. How much would it be possible to sell it for? And for how much, if Europa would figure in a league or the champions' league?
The club would obtain million incomes in case of a successful CL of performance. In an English pounds.
The largest trouble that the building operations did not begin because the banks do not give a support because of the economic crisis. The investment recoiled. I am sure of him with stadium with a pleasure, and Ferencváros would have been the precious stone of McCabe network with a successful international performance. The two clubs could have exchanged players later, and specialists. A success would be big for the young persons, a foreigner, but after all partner to figure in a club. Would this have been bad this much? There would be need for a little patience.

@ Len - you're being rude. You've made your point now the polite thing would be to leave this thread alone to the people who want to read it. If you don't want to read about it then don't click on the thread. It's very apparent what this thread was about so you did have a clear choice. I don't believe this forum exists for your sole interest so please don't try to dictate all the content.

@ KyoPityus - thanks for taking the time to update us. Some of us are interested so please carry on.

And I very clearly said the original poster was clearly genuine.
But Ferencvaros never had anything to do with SUFC other than McCabe making fools of some of our supporters.
That time is now over. McCabe took the cowards way out and walked when the going got tough.
Reminders of his bullshit, like posting Ferencvaros results on our website week-in, week-out really are embarrassing.

Always enjoyed the updates so thanks for the time and effort in posting them. I hope that in the future I can manage to get down and see a game live.

Len owd luv - not a week ago several on here were after stringing you up by the balls, though not me, or the admins (i fink).

The same tolerance shown to you should be shown to all, especially by you. The broader the mix the better the Forum.

I find it facinating that anyone so far away should give a shit about the Blades, but he does and thats fine by me.

And to be honest the Banners at Fradi about Robinson & Co will be remembered for a long time.

Budapest, a fine place to get hammered .......

Why go to Fradi when you have Slovan :D

Worksop, nowt against the original poster and said so.
And more power to their fans for nailing the Pie Man like they did.
But that episode and the shit we're having to put up with now as McCabe takes the cowards way out symbolises the absolute bullshit spread by the club over several years.
Just as McCabe has admitted it was all cack, it's about time the fans did the same and stopped entertaining it.
Ferencvaros has nothing to do with SUFC.

I cant believe we havn`t come out of this with a least a pre-season friendly - is that still on the books ?

Part of a tour taking in Leeds with a number of Spurs' best youngsters trialling for us.

After getting caught up in the rioat at the Slovan/Stugart game a couple of months ago I am giving them a miss Worksop, even though I live 2 mins from the ground. Also they are shite and play in blue and white!

I went to see Sparta Praha play in the 90's and witnessed a nasty set of Skins take on a couple of gypsies in the crowd. They absolutely leathered them so imagine my delight when I noticed who I was sat next to on the tram back to our hotel. Good game though.

We see with pleasure on a match any time. We do not go rather into Slovakia. War would be from it, not football. Fradi fans do not forget, but there will never be a friendship between the two countries.

I love to read these threads about Fradi, they are afteral a sister club and are linked with us in a massive way, thanks to the links that our (soon to be) former chairman forged out there when he obtained the club.

Nobody can deny that the young players going out to Fradi will have benefitted them both on and off the pitch. They will have learn't so much more by going overseas, but this can only be appreciated if you have worked overseas when you're young. However, they'll also have had the support of SUFC coaching staff and other players that were out there.

Didn't Lowton and Slew both go out there?

It'll be interesting to see how these links continue with recent developments. Whether they are owned by Sheffield United or McCabe is not really important, but the links have been.

It also shows that whilst we've not always made the right decisions, we've tried to pioneer a new way of attracting and maintaining talent at both SUFC and Fradi.

But the other important thing is that we've gained a member like KyoPityus on this website and despite such rude comments from certain elements on here, KyoPityus continues to post on here with updates such as this one.

Thanks again KyoPityus, Fradi in my mind are part of the Sheffield United Family/ Group and lets hope that these links can develop until we have two successful clubs :)

as McCabe takes the cowards way out

I see far more cowardice in attacking the bloke from the safety of a computer keyboard but then lacking the bollocks to raise the issues with him at the AGM when given the opportunity to do so.
