Sorry, you're absolutely right. Here's the latest from 'InJurgenWeTrust':

PHEW! Thank god we’ve agreed personal terms, I thought that the last 6 or 7 times we agreed personal terms with him might have been the one.

I think if we agree personal terms 4 or 5 more times Liverpool might get sick of seeing Twitter reports about it, and just let us have him for free 🤞

Its good news if Palace are out of the running because everytime I went through twitter this weekend his name was linked with them a lot more often than with us.

Also, how many personal terms does this kid have? Or are we sorting one detail out per week?

What Tier is this?

The player wants to come, we have agreed terms with him a while ago I reckon but we can't get things sorted with Liverpool regarding the terms of transfer fee. Hence Wilder's frustration at the board regarding this.

Think the waiting will be over by mid October when we can’t sign him even if we wanted. I’m not hearing good things from a source with close links to the club at board level (not that I trust any source).
That said, given the  :mad: :mad::mad: results the board have to do something ie borrow or make it clear we’re doing a Norwich.

Here, here! Well said.
Failing that, then just spout meaningless abuse of the team or tell everyone to "calm the fuck down".
We don't need your kind of positive, factual shit on here.
As the Aussies would say, "fit in or fuck off".

UTB

Ps. Welcome :)
G’Day mate.
“Fit in or fuck off“
Strewth Shelia, never heard that expression.

If we do sign Brewster, I hope he’s got good mental strength because there will be so much pressure on the kid from some fans to hit the ground running. Most will understand that he’s not the finished article at this level and needs support, but you can bet some goons on Twatter of Facebook will write him off if he’s not scored after a couple of games. I think it’s more important than ever that genuine fans back our players right now, but to be honest I’d try and discourage our players from using some social media if I was Wilder.

You fella are an idiot.
Nothing more needs to be said.

In fairness, McGoldrick's star does seem to be fading a little. Understandable at his age. In terms of goal threat he is offering very little. Billy is a legend at this club and I hope we keep him on in a coaching capacity. But again, he's not troubling Prem level defenders.

🤷‍♂️ "Google, show me a clown with tits"

"Ok. Here is a clown surrounded by tits..."

Get a pissing move on Bettis, whether it's Brewster or someone else.
I hope that i am wrong, but i get the unpleasant feeling that there are some members of the board who are reluctant to back Wilders Judgment on the current big ticket requests. If this is based on the £25m joint purchase of McBurnie and Mousett could they be excused for being apprehensive and if it’s true where does leave Chris ? They better make the right call and back Chris, otherwise we will have more to worry about than staving off relegation.

I don’t agree. They’re the same board members who off the back of those same signings decided to advance him even more money to bring Berge in the following window.

I don't think they doubt his judgement, I think it is more about what they are willing to spend at the moment. I think the Prince has backed Wilder very well so far, but current circumstances are just making him more nervous about pushing the boat out too much.

The big frustration for me would be if (as reported) we haven't even tried to table a bid despite Liverpool being quite flexible in how much we pay up front. That should allow us to structure the deal which makes the amount paid manageable over a few years.

Of course, I haven't got a clue what is going on behind the scenes though.

The stats back that up so the only idiot is happy clapping idiots like you.

Billy Sharp and David McGoldrick were brilliant for us in the championship but they are not good enough for the premier league as strikers McGoldrick could play an attacking midfield role but not as a striker he just doesn't score enough.

And if you cant handle the truth then why even bother being part of a forum without resorting to insults it is pathetic.

And what figures are you using to back up the statement that Uackford would fare better than them?
Talking shit
