I think the lad needs a strong manager who can put an arm around him and motivate him and who believes in him. He's still only a young lad of 23, despite his numerous clubs.

Hendo said after leaving that Wilder would reign him in when he needed to be, and pull him up for mistakes, but that Wilder made it clear that believed in him 100% and made Hendo feel 10 ft tall. That's just a manager who knows how to get inside the head of his players. Wilder is exactly what this young lad needs now at this stage of his career and he needs to find a home.

He has the tools he just needs to be coached and given confidence. I have a feeling this lad will grow with United and do well for us. Just a hunch.
