If he’s not already, I’d be staying behind after training each day and practicing shooting for an hour. His only downside, but such a frustrating one.

If MC g could scores he wouldn't be playing for us....... Moose looks like the only one with true quality up front so far this season..... I'd play mcgoldrick in the attacking midfield role with mcburine moose and Robinson either side of him for the games at home in Dec....... And see how that goes........ Other wise stick to what we have so far this season and play tight to start with.. Then open up if we need to

That is why he was injured the other week, you can’t make it up. Other than that, I thought he was brilliant. Baldock needs to practice shooting as well, he knows he’s going to get in those positions and he knows the chances will come.

Baldock needs to improve his quality in the final third. He needs to score 1 in every 5 or 6 of them chances, his going rate in 1 in 100.

You can practice as much as you like, it's bottle you need.

He has been, its how he got injured.

McGoldrick's finishing let him down again. It's frustrating. Point remains that we are a far more effective attacking unit when he's on the pitch.

He's the most creative player we have..... But he can't score and if he could..... We would never have been able to sign him in the first place....... Stick him in the attacking misfield role mcburine moose and Robinson up front then watch us play and attack.....but I can't see this happening till we are safe in the league

Perhaps you would like to explain the formation in which McBurnie , Mousset , Robinson and McGoldrick are all in the same line up and identify the players who would be dropped to make it possible .

You may also like to explain why in your three up front , you would choose Robinson ahead of Billy Sharp .

. Drop either Lunny / fleck/ Norwood

Mcgoldrick in the attacking midfield role
Mcburine Central with moose Robinson either side......... But it won't happen and it shouldn't while we are doing so well

Ok, let’s just take a step back.

mcgoldric missing chances, chances that we didn’t create without mcgoldric ?

Weather you like it or not, without mcgoldric we don’t create as many chances - wheather we score or not, without him we create much less - score or not, he’s gotta stay in the team...

As much as I'd like to see that, we would have 12 players on the pitch, which is against the rules I think?

No , if all four play you would need to drop 2 of the others .

I do like your Freudian slip with McB urine though .

McGoldrick seems to have something against using his left foot. His effort today was similar to the one he missed against palace. He waved the outside of his right foot at it getting a poor connection when it seemed to be crying out for him to hit it with his left.
