Pre-Match View From Leeds

I predict a riot, i predict a riot - was a song by Leeds based Kaiser Chiefs. I predict a blades win and maybe a bit of a riot after the match. Not in my house tho which is where I’ll be watching. Utb
 
I know it's instinctive to think of Leeds as being scum, but I've noticed they've been quite complimentary about us recently.
 
Leicester beat Sheffield United 4-1 in Sheffield and Mahrez and Vardy never were called for, so thats something to offer encouragement.
Of course, knowing nothing about our team, you didn't notice we made eight, I think, changes from our previous game.
 
Leeds are a litttle bit of a one man team. That Saiz is their talisman and if we do a job on him I don't think there's much threat from the others.

Compare that to us. I guarantee most Leeds fans will look at our starting line up and say 'who?' At least 7/8 times. We have no stand outs that they can 'do a job' on, they need to play our team, which many teams have struggled to figure out this season.

Should be a great game, I don't expect a win, but unlike in the past, I wouldn't be surprised if we did.
 



I’m glad they don’t know what to expect. Hopefully their manager doesn’t either. We seem to be surprising a few teams this year but it’s hard to tell which Leeds team will turn up. Let’s hope it’s the one that turned up to Hillsborough a few weeks ago.
 
Booze fuelled bother in Leeds city centre on a Friday?... surely not!

Sensible comments all round really though.

Exactly. They talk about stopping Sharp as if that's all we have to offer or something! It's what a lot of teams said last season, too. I think we won 4 out of 5 whilst Sharp was injured.

Leeds lost 3-0 to the piggys so that's some thing to offer encouragement then going off that logic. I think it will be a tough game with a few goals in it. As always liked the view from thanks Roy.
 
Fair comments to be honest. Some nice compliments. Far too nice, u bit unsettling to get so many regular compliments.

Personally feel a few goals in this one. Had a quid on 3-1 And 3-2 both ways.

Come on Blades. Keep up the passion and momentum. :)
 
Can anyone verify the state of Elland Road? Looks like a right dump on street view.
 
Would love their to be a lot of goals in this one, in our favour obviously, help the old GD out.

Can't quite see it though, think it'll be a 2-1 or 1-0 in either direction.

If we play like we have been we're a tough test for anyone.
