Given our recent run of form, and the (some would say baffling) decision to reward Blackwell with a contract extension, how long do people think it will be before certain sections of the crowd start booing the team and demanding his head?

I won't be one of them, but I wouldn't have thought it'll take long. Blackwell's had longer than Robson had.

I think its already started and will do nothing positive whatsoever.

We clearly aren't good enough at the moment to be challenging at the top, its nowhere near as bad as many would have you believe though.

Serious bollocking and a couple of changes needed in my opinion.

I dont think there was need to give Blackwell a contract extention.

The extension should of come at the end of this season depending on where we finish.

Although I think a large minority want Blackwell out now.

I dont as I dont really see who we would replace him with plus I dont want us to start swapping managers every 12 months like Newcastle do.

I also agree that we should have waited to give Blackwell a contract extension. I'm not saying he's the wrong man for the job - far from it - but why reward a poor run of form?

Upfront I think we need to swoop in and stop Norwich from signing Lita.

Lita and Beattie upfront would be ideal for us at the moment I think.

Send Stokes and Dyer back as both seem a waste of wages.

We have some of the best players in this league in Naysmith, Killa, Howard and Beattie. How comes we're just not doing it?

The problem I see with your comments about changes is, who do you bring in? Who have we got up front with that killer instinct?

That's one of the issues. I'd bring Ugo in for Morgan, purely because the defence seems much more organised with Ugo in the team, Naysmith isn't pulled inside constantly and we make less mistakes.

I'd also have either Webber or Henderson in for Billy Sharp. Sharpy works really hard, but its just not working at the moment. He won a penalty fair enough, but he isn't scoring and he isn't consistently creating chances. The problem with bringing Hendo in is that we'll seem more one-dimensional. Webber adds pace to the front line but hasn't really had the final ball/finish all season.

It's not that I think someone is guaranteed to come in and do better, I just think it needs a bit of a shake up.

I like how whenever we lose a few in a row every member of staff (except certain players) is useless, a clown, not a blade etc... It's so constructive, realistic and helpful.

The season is far from over, and although it's desperately frustrating at the moment there's still plenty to play for and if Blackwell makes the right decisions - ones that won't necessarily be popular with with all fans - we can still be in with a chance at the end of the season.

None of us have said we are happy with the results.
We do give reasons for our opinions not just lots of dots.

He has already stated his intention to hand over to someone else long before your posts.

Foxy McCabes money will be leaving BDTBL and his sons.
The small investors in SUFC i.e. the fans have been financially shafted in my opinion.........take a look at the share price.......... a fool could work out if the de-listing took place after the cheats cash arrives they would be trading higher giving the small investors at least a few ££'s.......but yey business is business.
