Am I a blind thick tw*t or is that a different shirt? There's white on the sides next to the black where as there doesn't seem to be on the official website pic with billy and the boys?

aren't the bigger sizes bound to have a bit more white in because they can't make the last red stripe meet the black bit?

It's possible but I wouldn't have thought so as in reality it'd be a different shirt. There isn't any white on the others in that area. Strange but hey ho I'm not going to lose sleep over it

The XXL shirts last season had the badge and Adidas logo in a different place than on the medium/large shirts I imagine the players wear (entirely in a stripe, rather than straddling stripes like the players). I think that's more of a difference than an extra stripe on the sides.

Nice kit for my money anyway, I'm struggling to get used to United having nice kits and being competent media wise after the Macron days haha

I think that the kit looks great! Nice shirt with bold stripes black shorts and at last black socks! We await the new away kit ...fingers crossed its a good un'

Nit picking involved here and I'm sure someone will say that someone will always have something to moan about but if the kit had white socks it would be one of, if not thee best kit ever made for us. It is still a nice design, though we always seem to miss a trick.

We're not successful in white socks.

Our most successful period in my lifetime was when we wore white socks.
Also whilst I'm at it, lets get rid of any black on the shirts and stick to red and white stripes with a red collar and cuffs.

I agree its very us, The shirt always lacks something when it is omitted. Brentford however have probably had more Black pin strips shirts than we have

Quick look on that historical kits website shows Brentford have had 5 and we've had 9. I definitely associate the black pinstripe with us more than anyone else (slightly biased view admittedly).

Think the new black sleeves look great. Good chance to differentiate our Red & White in comparison to the likes of Southampton, Stoke City and Sunderland.

Providing we extend our deal with Adidas I would predict more of the same in seasons to come.

I really like the new kit but black boots with a bit of red should be mandatory.

I like it, looks classy with a nod to a great shirt in our history. I would have liked the stripes to run down the arms though, rather than just the shoulders.

They dont tend to have mini kits until a couple of weeks into the season, thats been my experience of the past couple of years anyway as I used to get them for my lads

I think the new kit is great. I even like the black sleeves. And let's not forget, Adidas could have landed us with a variation of Sunderland's new monstrosity. I'm sure I saw a helter-skelter wearing that at the Sheffield Show once...
