Called my grandson Desso, he's a little blade....... Of grass!....... What?

My youngest lads middle name is 'Bramall'. Missus wouldnt allow me to have 'Lane' following it as another name though :(

I remember something a few years ago where some bloke called his kid "Devlin". I don't even think the phrase "chav" was around then but I think he would have been nailed on to be one.
she married a Luxembourgian with an unusual surname think it was "The de Tail"

Dane Anthony born in 1994 my favourite player at the time and middle name for TC

I'm a long way from having kids, being tragically perma-single, but if I was to have a son any time soon I think "Christopher William" (or "Tufty Bill" for short) would feature heavily in my suggestions for names...

My youngest is Alexander John should have pushed for Alexander Sabella after my childhood hero.....would have kicked the divorce in two years earlier as well :)

My oldest sons middle name is Blade,my youngest sons middle name is Rees after Mel and my youngest daughters middle name is Hagan.

I know a young lad called blade, that is his first name which i always thought was a tiny bit ott. No one will beat that.

There's a young lad in my g/f''s family (family of Millers :) ) called Blade, live down Chapeltown/Burncross area.

I'm more of a lurker than a poster on the forum but this thread grabbed my interest. I'll give you one guess what my name is!

I was seeing a lass a few years back and her sons first name was Blade.

Before having our first child 30 plus years ago, we had the usual fall outs over the name, but finally reached agreement on "Keith Edward" (first and second names) if it was a boy. We had a girl. For our second child it would have been Brian Dean, we had another girl. My wife hated football and my passion for The Blades and had no idea of the significance. She would have been furious when she found out. Obviously I am now divorced from her........

I've named both my son's Hammond and Salmon because I know that they both can be brought up to be mediocre footballers at best and still make a living out of the game. :)

I have taught a lad who had Blade as a middle name, his Dad was distraught he chose to support Rotherham, also taught a Brian-Deane who did turn out a Blade
