Warnock has just been appointed manager there, tongue in cheek of course (though Moore was quite a signing!)

Surprised he still can't just call it day, Cardiff have strange owners and high expectations so bit of a weird one IMO

Hopefully we'll play them next year in the Championship!

Oh not saying he shouldn't, just finished on a relative high last time out and keeps saying how he wants to finally settle down. Is closer to home, and suppose he worked under difficult conditions at QPR.

He admits that he can't manage in the PL so even if he did get them up there what then? That said it is refreshing to see someone who loves the game so much!

Warnock has kept on trotting out "I've got one more job in me" for years now. This has been so that when eventually nobody does want him, he can say he's out of football management by choice.

"Why did I choose Cardiff? Just look around you. It's a great stadium int it? It's got brilliant support, probably the best I'll ever experience, and the chairman has worked ever so hard for this club. If I can help get them the kind of success they deserve I'll be happy. I don't know what the future holds. I'm just happy to be back in the game doing what I do best, talking bull shit."

He's the most successful lower league manager still working. Why would nobody want him?

I certainly don't think Warnock has so little confidence in his ability to keep getting job offers.

Maybe he thought he wanted to retire but got bored and missed the excitement and adrenaline? He wouldn't be the first.

The words of an unemployed pensioner, forever concealing the amazement that he'll get another job where the pay-off makes his uniquely personal bag of tricks attain a gloss they really don't deserve. Never stops for too long, far too many clubs on the look out for a short term fix.

How long before Cardiff play a team in the Championship that "Real Madrid wouldn't have beaten that lot today"

They played toytown 2 weeks ago , and pigs in 2 weeks time .
Must be like playing Real Madrid and Barca .
Well with the amount pigs will take that is .

I’d have thought he could have got a better job than that. He wouldn’t have been a bad appointment for Villa. The mission at Cardiff will be staying up like at Rotherham last season and with their nutjob chairman, he’s have been better staying put in my opinion.

Whatever happens, Cardiff will be 'the best bunch of lads I've ever worked with'...

And let's not forget that Cardiff are a huge club with massive potential
And he always remembers how they have such fantastic, loyal and passionate fans who deserve to be back
in the PL where they belong. He'll say how he planned to retire for good but Cardiff is a great club And it's too good to turn down and a wonderful challenge.

Paddy Kenny will be signing if his owners can strike a deal.

Get them shirts changed back to red Neil. With a few white stripes. You know it makes sense lad.
