Seemed to do reasonably well at Derby,different league I know.

Not followed DC United so not sure how his overall mangerial perfomance measures up and see he has parted company with DC missing out on a play off spot.

What tactics does he employ and how inspirational can he be?

He was really good as a pundit and "got" us in the 2019 season well before others did. If he was a bigger named player he'd have been all over sky coverage imo. As it is he went into coaching then management and is doing good at that too. Certainly one to keep an eye on
