Playing the team 24th with 2 wins all season and you make one positive change only when you've gone behind with 5 mins left.

Dreadful game management.

A team with Ozzy and Bash featuring regularly with the latter's current form is going nowhere.
 

The use of subs is a bit baffling. At 0-0 with us in the ascendancy, 10 mins to go and he brings on Fleck, who always takes about 6 months to get match fit and even then has been poor the last three seasons. Hardly pushing for a win. Even before that, why no changes to freshen it up? We've got up to 5 subs, players looking leggy, get some fresh legs on the pitch. McFadzen on a booking, get Brewster on to run at him, or something, do something.
 
Any local journos lurking need to step up the questioning of this is Saturdays pre match presser.

He brings on Fleck to protect the point, that’s how depressing that decision was.
