Also on the bench Coady now at Everton, Ironside who dropped down to non-league but has worked his way back up to League 1. Sean McGinty who is now in Scotland at Ayr United.

Hard to believe we were stuck in League 1 for so long with World Class players like that

Ironside who dropped down to non-league but has worked his way back up to League 1.

I'm a big fan of Ironside, he's a true grafter to pick himself up and work his way back up.

Playing up top alone in an awful David Weir team as a teenager, scoring no goals, then dropping out the leagues, it could have ruined him. Fortunately he stuck at it, worked hard, and has scored a lot along the way. I didn't realise he was still only 28.
