We haven't actually done badly in terms of numbers of heavy defeats.

I think because (as mentioned on another thread recently) we have spent much of our history challenging for, and usually missing out on, promotion in lower leagues - connected to our high position in the All Time Football League Table (5th was it?)

I think it's got a lot to do with the club mentality of being hard working give everyone a game. Yesterday was the first time we've properly rolled over I my living memory.

We just don't get spanked like the pigs up the road.

That's what's shocked us more, I think.

We lost 5-0 to Leicester

It's interesting that , prior to yesterday. PL wallopings were quite rare. In 5 seasons (3 of which ended in relegation) and 198 games, we'd only lost by 4 or more 4 times.
