I don’t hold O’Rourke in the same regard as some, as his information seems to be more often wrong than right, but some of it is occasionally correct. Maybe 5/10 for the source on the bullshitomer.

If true though I think that would be an excellent move for Stearman, and I do hope he goes somewhere where he will get decent gametime.

Stearman,Leon and Bryan all going somewhere, Wright on another loan, Sharp to decide himself, Thomas, Holmes and surely some i've forgotten hopefully finding somewhere to play. It's all about the players in but probably need the get wagebills for the fringeplayers down. Might even see Duffy find a new destination. Stears,Leon,Wright and Duffy very much part of where we've come so hopefully they'll all get set up somewhere playing games. Stears could even end up at Wolves in some capacity. As for Sharp, can't be easy to decide.

I think it must be quite easy to decide. He had the experience previously of being sent out on loan at a time he’d been looking forward at opportunities in the Premier League, and if he decides to go in the summer having stuck it out for the rest of the season here he will have plenty of viable options. These are potentially the last 5 months of his career where he could play in the Premier League – I don’t think he’s just going to simply say goodbye to that, regardless of how disappointing it must be not to have featured more.

All well and good getting rid of fringe players but unless we bring in replacements, fatigue, injuries and suspensions will leave us very light

He's a good lad, but can't help but think that we've outgrown him in our develeopment.

Time for him to move on, and other younger replacements come in, but I wish the lad all the best for the future. He has also contributed to our success.

Weird how time flies. Not too long ago he was signed to be our upgraded first choice centre back. He's been great ever since he joined. Most impressive is the way he responded to being replaced by Egan as first choice centre half. He didn't mope, he remained a very positive influence and able back-up and scored one of last season's most important goals in that game against M'boro. Even this season, having dropped down further in the pecking order, he's been great around the squad. Wish him all the best if he goes.

Selling and not replacing fringe players that barely (if ever) make the 18, such as Kean Bryan, Richard Stearman and Leon Clarke will not be a problem

As likeable as he is as an individual, he needs to move in order to play games. Barring injuries to Egan and Jagielka, he's unlikely to play again for Utd (apart from against Millwall possibly). Huddersfield would be a good move for him - he's probably low Champ/top L1 level

Bryan I'd agree with; Stearman and Clarke might be called upon as the season progresses.

If we sign cover for JOC and one more player as expected, we simply don’t have the space in the 25 to have those three stay. I mean they could stay and not be eligible to play, but what would be the point if we can find them football elsewhere?

Egan, JOC, Basham, Rodwell, Jagielka, Stevens - all capable of playing centre back.

Mousset, McG, McB, Sharp - plus Freeman who is capable of playing the McG role.

Cant see the need to keep Stearman and Clarke at all.

Sharp deciding to leave may complicate things, but I think we're likely to bring in a loan striker anyway rather than call on Clarke.

That's why I said not replacing.

I'm glad we let him go and get football, rather than hold out for some nominal fee.

GLTTL, will be a good signing for Udders if he goes there, only 32, got a few years in him yet.

We were up there in our first season back with him in the team, quality top end Champ defender.
