42teams.jpg As it's the festive season coming up I thought it would be a good idea to resurect a football themed quiz.
The attached picture has 42 teams nicknames suggested in it.
It's been around before so it'll be familiar to some of you.
How many of the 42 can you get and who will beat Darren to the full set of answers?

I'll give you a starter as to the one on the bottom left (how appropriate) - that's The Blades

Enjoy

Yep to all of those

Those kids - Celtic - The Bhoys

Must try harder feller - these are English clubs
I know it didn't state that, specifically, in my OP but it was implied from the content.
Those kids are the Tractor Boys.

Not kidding when you said you were shit at pictures then Dazzers
At least it's something we have found that you don't excel at, for a change :D

TV is Boro.
Flaming Shorts - Blackburn?
Those things on the floor under burnley are obviously one, but haven't a clue what they are.
The red house on the hill has to be something.

The big building must be Villa and the little cottage (Fulham???).

My pictures not great, is it a swarm of Bees (brentford outside)

Lilywhites is good for Preston & Leeds, Magpies can be Newcastle or Notts County and you could argue the O*#ls could be the pigs and Oldham.
Maybe the large house in the picture is a Villa ?

Leeds are not the Lilly Whites but PNE are.
Oldham are the Latics - whatever that means - just cos they have an Owl on their badge doesn't tie them in with the pigs
I reckon you can have both Notts and Newcs for the Magpies

Thanks metal, I go through Stockport on the train a lot, there is a big old chimney by the viaduct that says there is a Hat Museum there, I've never heard them called that!
