Some patience needed I feel, most centre backs take a while to learn their trade. Good positioning, craft and teamwork needed as well as physical attributes. I suspect this lad could learn a lot from going out on loan and battering it out with lower league journey men.

He was always a development signing, and several people said he’s be nowhere near our first team this season.
