Not surprised there will be interest in a few youngsters this summer but the club should now have the funds to hold firm and only sell later down the line at peak value not now for a pittance.

Apparently he signed a two year contract in 2019
If we make no other signings this window it is v important that he signs as he is exactly what we need to replace Egan and possibly Bash
Have you ever seen him play, out of interest?

The interesting thing with Kyron is he appears to be the leading CB in the academy currently ahead of graham who is older and no mug and another lad who was released and the picked up by spurs in the summer he’s certainly no mug. I haven’t seen a lot of him but did see him back in 2019 against Fulham’s under 23’s at the lane and he was certainly competent against what was a very good Fulham side.

Sam Graham is bloody shite

Not seen him play in the flesh or in a full game but seen clips of him on twitter and he does look quality for his age.

Who decides on contracts for the academy players? Why are we letting them get to six months before renewing them?

No but have a mate with links in the academy
Whether I have seen him or not, the fact that two other premiership clubs (who are no doubt more clued in than me ) are after him
Speaks volumes for the quality of the player.
Sadly that's what happens with us we can't or won't hang on to our best players and relegation makes matters worse, were always told "what can we do he wanted to leave' bottom line is we're cannon fodder for anybody with cash.

Liverpool and Everton are both interested in signing Kyron Gordon from Sheffield United, according to a report from the Daily Mail.
If the prince is serious about making us an established premiership club he will not sell potentially good players on the cheap.
We are not in the position we were a few years ago when we had to sell to create cash for signings.
Dont think Wilder would take kindly to selling off potential. Sometimes decisions have to be made for the future of the club,Wilder seems to have a big say in these decisions so we have to trust him to continue to work with the prince and the right decisions made.

Surely the decision whether or not to sell Gordon, or indeed another other player, U23 or first team, is dependent on a whole series of circumstances - the size of offer, how important the player is, Utd's view of their potential and when it is will be realised, future rights, budget, cover at that position, other targets etc.

Don't forget that none of the club's assets have been sold since Brooks and if next season will be spent in the Champ, the club will need to 'cut its cloth' accordingly. Tbh I would much prefer Gordon and other U23 prospects go than someone like JOC if that is what is needed for CW to improve the squad in the short-medium term.

He signed a 2 year contract on July 2019, so we may not have a choice in him staying or even get much a fee.

No way ! the money we would get for selling potential is peanuts unless they have 1st team experience. The money wouldnt cover the cost of a good championship player.
O'Connell and one or two others would go if they wanted too, hopefully they wont.
