We vote for the shirts all the time but can we not vote for shorts and socks?

has anybody on here got the power to put this to the club?

I was looking at these http://historicalkits.co.uk/Sheffield_United/Sheffield_United.htm

and the 60's & 70's kits are a lot better than the latest ones. White socks (at least) all the way. Maybe even white shorts too?

What's everybody's opinion on this?

If they gave us 3 pairs of shorts and socks (Red, White & Black) and made this into a vote I think we would get a better looking kit.

At a time like this I don't think anybody really gives a shit about shorts and socks.

Au contraire Petey. It's at times like this that I'm glad of any distraction from the day to day happenings at the club.

Black shorts and white socks please. I think it's Jordan who has white tape almost to the top of his socks, giving a white socks with black & red tops look, which might work quite well. I also liked Southampton's red & white hooped socks from a few years back but the shorts have to be black. There can be no compromise on that.
