Nowt doing atmosphere wise. Even when we’re all over a team over 60 minutes.

Not sure what the answer is, it’s a shame really.

Roll on safe standing and let’s get a cheaper area of standing at the back of the Kop, get some youngsters on there giving it some. It’s like a Saga AGM on Gangway B these days.

The only folks that sing being in the back corner, miles from the pitch.

Can't blame sky's red button today. Though its killing football

Awful atmosphere, real shame.
Don’t know who we think we are, to just turn up to championship games as if we’ll just roll teams over without any backing from the stands.

We expect a lot of effort on the pitch and they got nothing back again today. They should’ve had full backing at 2-0 we we’re playing some great stuff.

It’s been dead for 12 months now, to be fair I’ve always said need to change music at start but don’t see it changing.

Think the negative fans put a real downer on the place to be honest.

Yep, we need to create an area at the back where you can sit where you like. The two areas that make an effort and kept apart by 2,000 cardboard cutouts, sadly.

The trouble is, if half the people who complain about the shit atmosphere did anything about it themselves, it would be a great atmosphere. :)

The lack of atmosphere is even more cringeworthy that the 5,000 who are more worried about a queue in traffic than the last 5 minutes of the match.

Midweek attendance down. With streaming, Sky Red Button and ticket prices, we (football clubs outside the Prem) will need a drastic rethink in 5-10 years.
Today wasn't Streamed online (legally) in the UK was it? it wasn't on ifollow as 3pm games are blacked out in the UK. It wasn't on the red button

Today was a traditional 3pm Saturday fixture which is protected by not being on TV. So we can't blame TV today.

To be honest i thought their support was shit. Its not that far, they're not abysmal, but they only brought less than 700 fans.

Almost 24,000 today, i just think that some fixtures aren't inspiring enough to get fans going.

A Few Rail Operators were on strike today mate. No trains leaving Leeds after 7pm for example. That plus a nightmare run for PNE will have contributed.

Yep, no way to get back even as far as Manchester before 7 after East Midlands cancelled the obvious train back for them, barely got home myself, thank fuck for Northern's trademark tardiness

Ok so as I said in my first post - sky can’t be blamed :)

Nearly 24k at home v the bottom club who brought less than 1k is a decent attendance. The initial euphoria of promotion has worn off and a sense of entitlement is setting in. If we can stay too 6 and spend a bit in January the crowds will improve.

Re the atmosphere the only way that will improve for 'none big game's' is if people get together and sit in the same section and there was an attempt to do that last year but it wasn't backed..

It was exactly the same last season so it can't be that the initial euphoria has worn off it was never there to begin with.

We just have very poor home vocal support and have done for a while now. The old lads have stopped going and have been replaced with the smartphone generation.

More like the old lads have finally figured out how to use a smartphone.

I remember during the Warnock era, when there was the odd dull match Morgan usually got into a fight with someone which would liven things up.

Our current set of players are too nice.

Dear Finchley Blade, please fuck off back to your NKT board, and take your Pig mates with you, unless they are really all you.

It's dead. It has been for a long time.

And nobody gives a shit.

Welcome to the new era.
Enough people care. But not enoug to force the necessary change. The club should do it. Unrestricted seating at the back of the kop would make a huge difference.

Not enough care enough.

As for the club, they're completely oblivious. It's a non subject for them.

The current situation on the Kop is horrendous. It's broken.

Need to get that upper tier on the south stand built to house the Kop's army of pensioners...

And yes, the younger ones are fucking useless as well.
