Coutts replacement? From what I've seen and from a few Rotherham mates, he's more of a tackler, gets about the pitch but not the best on the ball. In tough away games him Norwood and fleck could work.

Can't see that line-up ever materialising - if Utd go up he won't be signed and if they stay down there'll be interest in Fleck.

I used to think he was shit but he's developed quite a lot in the past season. Rotherham's driving force, full of energy and commitment and a fair bit of talent.

We will need a ball winner next season if the unthinkable happens or we'll get destroyed by the top sides, for free he might be a very good shout.
I wouldn't say he's a Prem player but I think with Wilder and Knill I might've even been a massive success at the Lane.

Seen loads of him, and he is very similar in style, 100% committed every game, very consistent player.

And also like Bash, not so good with the longer passes, why he`s a better defender than midfielder!

I think if we go up and are remotely interested he'll jump at the chance.
Our RCB is such a specialist position it almost needs to be a tall central midfielder or a tall right back who we mould into what we need due to the fact they need to be athletic and technically comfortable, as well as not getting a nosebleed further up the pitch.

Your usual centre half can't do what we need them to do - Jack is just a freak of nature.

A 5ft 10 midfielder at CB... not for me. At a push he may be okay for midfield depth.

Ajayi is the player we should be going for, aged 25 and bags of potential, versatile too. Great competition for Bash and can cover the same positions.

The Millers I know rate him much more highly than Vaulks and expect him to go for big money this summer.

He didn't have a great game admittedly, but none of them did really. He looked better at the New York though and has been excellent over the season as a whole, or so I am told.
