Google does.
Just type the question and you get the answer.
Or add to the existing Sharp thread.
In my experience Revolution has been brilliant at this sort of thing from the moment I joined.
Don't let me down.
Sharp has 59 league goals. 21 players have scored more than this for United.
He's actually joint 22nd with Walter Bennett (a forward from the Edwardian era) and Gil Reece (who many will remember) also on 59.
Billy Dearden (61) and Mick Jones (63) need to be passed to break into the top 20...

Sharp is the fifth player to score 30 league goals in a season for us. The others are Johnson, Dunne, Edwards and Dodds. Johnson and Edwards did it twice, Dunne 3 times. Dunne's 41 goals in 1930-1 is the record.
I believe Jimmy Dunne has the best goal per game ratio. All the goals he scored were in the top divisionSharp has 59 league goals. 21 players have scored more than this for United.

Who's got the best goal ratio to games played? Bet Fjortoft is up there.
I believe Dunne did it in consecutive top flight seasons. Only Alan Shearer has managed that since (I think).
Out of the list it has to be Jimmy DunneWho's got the best goal ratio to games played? Bet Fjortoft is up there.
It the only one that counts as far as I am concerned. Good effort from Sharp but there is no way his record matches that of Dearden's.http://www.free-elements.com/England/Clubs/ShfU3.html
I think this only covers those who scored in the top division.
Harry Johnson played as a part timer.Harry Johnson scored 201 goals in 313 games between 1919–1930 according to Wikipedia for our highest ever aggregate.
I thought he'd equaled Woodward's record of 30 goals in a season.
