The Wednesday narrative this past week has been great...

"They'll hate it up there like Huddersfield have done"

"They don't realise how shit it will be."

"How boring must it be to be like Palace knowing that mid table and survival is the best you can hope for."

"They don't know how to spend money." (Because obviously they've shown how this should be done)

"They've got no players with any skill good enough for the Premier League"

"Our squad is still better."

To be fair, many have been gracious and offered congratulations. But it's amazing how they're all persisting with the back handed compliment that we've gone up through commitment, desire and a well drilled side.

The lack of self awareness is magnificent.
